We're all relatively new to DW, and that means we're likely going to meet a lot of new people. But, where to start? How can we break the ice and get to know each other?

- Your favorite genre/s: Some "literature," classic sci-fi, non-fiction, poetry, comedy
- Your favorite author/s: I'm not a big fan of any particular authors; I just read whatever strikes my fancy.
- Your favorite book/s: The Time Traveler's Wife, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, White Oleander, Altar Music, Pride and Prejudice, Middlesex
- Your favorite character/s: Cal in Middlesex, Ford Prefect in the Hitchhiker's Guide
- Least favorite book/s: The Left Behind Series, Nora Roberts romance novels
- Least favorite characters: Bartleby in "Bartleby, the Scriviner,", Haze in Wise Blood, Jean-Baptiste Grenouille in Perfume.
- Recommended reading: The Time Traveler's Wife is one of the best books I've ever read, though the PoV is a bit unconventional. White Oleander is also pretty great.

- Do you write original fiction? Yes
- Current project: I just graduated from NMU, and I'm de-compressing from having too many projects. :)
- An area you'd like to improve in: Actually making time each day to write.
- An accomplishment you're proud of: I've written a few short stories that I actually think might be publishable--although what I think and what's true might be two different things. :)

- Hobbies: Astrology, Tarot, chillin'
