We're all relatively new to DW, and that means we're likely going to meet a lot of new people. But, where to start? How can we break the ice and get to know each other?

Reading

- Your favorite genre/s: Modern fiction, urban fantasy, and dystopian.
- Your favorite author/s: Francesca Lia Block, William Gibson, Sergei Lukyanenko, and probably others that I can't remember to name right now.
- Your favorite book/s: The Hanged Man, Weetzie Bat, Lolita, Pattern Recognition, and of course...Harry Potter.
- Your favorite character/s: DIFFICULT question! I love characters I can relate to, and the characters I best relate to are Witch Baby (from the Dangerous Angels saga) and Neville Longbottom (from Harry Potter).
- Least favorite book/s: Twilight.
- Least favorite characters: Bella Swan.
- Recommended reading: I just finished "Shanghai Baby" by Wei Hui, and man, it's fantastic. Also, I recommend the Nightwatch Trilogy by Sergei Lukyanenko if you're into fantasy thrillers.

Writing

- What do you write: Original Fiction
- Your favorite genre/s to write: I mostly stick to modern fiction with a dystopian slant.
- Do you write fanfiction? No.
- Do you write original fiction? Yup!
- Current project: Many! Ask me about my projects.
- An area you'd like to improve in: Description is an art that takes time to master. I like my description, but I feel it could be better.
- An accomplishment you're proud of: I actually won my first NaNo last year, and I'm still basking in the glory, haha!

Other

- Hobbies: When I'm not writing, I'm either working on pixels, reading, or playing video games. I sound BORING.
- What's in your journal? Writing. Drabbles, prompts, excerpts from projects I'm working on...whatever, man. :D
- Why did you move to DW? I needed a permanent home for my writing, and this community fosters creativity. So why not give it a shot?
