- Your favorite genre/s: Fantasy, paranormal, young adult, regency romance - Your favorite author/s: Maria V. Snyder, Anne McCaffrey, Shan Sa, Sandra Heath, Georgette Heyer, Sharon Shinn, Linnea Sinclair, Ilona Andrews, Sharon Ashwood - Your favorite book/s: The Rowan (Anne McCaffrey), Poison Study (Maria V. Harry Potter...I just never liked him. - Recommended reading: Poison Study, Daughter of the Forest, Little House in Big Woods, The Girl Who Played Go, The Rowan series by Anne McCaffrey
Writing
- What do you write: Fiction with a slight need to sometimes write depressing poetry that I share with myself and a candle when done. - Your favorite genre/s to write: Fantasy mostly. Some paranormal, but not as much. - Do you write fanfiction? I used to--Sailor Moon, Young Justice, Inu-Yasha, The Tribe--haven't in about...7 years? 8? - Do you write original fiction?Yep. - Current project:There's 3--the neverending quest to finish my Al'sea epic, another piece about Dreamers and another one about an assassin that uses Shadow Images. - An area you'd like to improve in: Practically every? Honestly I have issues with grammar, consistency and well motivation. I write--but I also get easily distracted. - An accomplishment you're proud of: Al'sea has finally reached 5,000 words and I don't want to change a single one! This is a big thing for me because i've been working on her for the last 11 years of my life on and off, but every time I come back to it I get a new idea and rework it and I've been very frustrated by my lack of progress. But I have finally decided that the first 5,000 words (or so, give or take a few) are not going to be changed under any circumstances.
Other
- Hobbies: Reading, roller blading (very badly), video games (Persona, Kingdom Hearts, .hack), organizing (not even lying), baking/cooking (somewhat well) - What's in your journal? My DW account is basically going to be focused on a pet project of mine around a character named Annalise. At least until my friends all move here permanently. - Why did you move to DW? I haven't moved completely here. My book review blog is still blogspot, my personal journal is still LJ, but DW is my writing haven because I feel a better vibe from here. - Favorite energy drink? Vitamin water. Though i've cut back and drink mostly only Tea, water and the occasional cranberry juice. - Anything else? Nope!
